Safeguarding

In the Emmanuel Group of Churches
we do our utmost to ensure
that everyone in our community is kept safe.
All staff and volunteers working with children and vulnerable adults must be safely recruited, DBS checked and undergo regular safeguarding training.

We also expect them to be fully
conversant with the safeguarding policy.
As a Group of Churches
we have adopted and adapted
the policy provided by
The Diocese of Peterborough.

We believe that the poverty facing many
in our communities is unfair and unjust.
We work alongside Church and Community partners to seek to alleviate food poverty
through the Weston Favell Centre Foodbank.
